Current 2010,
i think the current properties market now is expensive, went to buangkok EC esparina to take a look, $700 psf... waos.. 99 yrs... only good point is it's 10 mins from mrt.. :O bank interest rate is 1.1%...
Anyone can advice what actually happened to properties during 1997?
psf went down a lot?
