Thanks for reporting. Will try to debug.

I often find that when I am logged in, the latest posts in a thread are missing. But when I log out, I can see that there are new posts and can read them. When I log back in, these posts go missing. Some time later they do show up. I don't know why there is a delay but there should not be one. This is obvious in the China Minzhong thread. I am running Opera 12.16 under Windows XP SP3, sometimes under Windows 7 (different machines).
There is no such feature yet in MyBB version 1.6.10, forum software which we are using now. Probably will be available at future version. Thanks.

Like nextinsight, I will be directed to the unread posts in the thread, right now when I open a thread, it will show me the latest page, but there might be several posts in the previous thread not read.
Tapatalk can show unread if using hp

I found that if I hit the "preview post" button (even with a blank message) the new postings show up. But a conventional click from the "View Today's Posts" page won't show the new posts. Weird.

Hi d.o.g.,

Just to follow up. Are you still having the above-mentioned issue ? Thanks.
Dear forummers,

I have just installed a plugin : View Unread Posts. Thanks to lukasamd, the author of the plugin.
Now you'll see a link "View Unread Posts" beside View Today's Posts when you login.

Hi Greenrookie,

Please check whether the newly installed View Unread Posts plugin fulfills your request. Thanks.
Hi Cyclone,

Minor technical issue noticed.
Now, when I click on the various links to the threads listed under 'Recent Topics', I don't get sent to the most recent post. Instead, it loads the first page of the thread.

Hi Kazukirai,

When you click thread "Technical" listed on 'Recent Topics', which page does it land on ?

A possible solution : Click the link 'View Unread Posts', and click 'Mark all threads read' . Does it help ?
It seems that there is still room for improvement. Thanks.

Hi cyclone is good enough!! Great job, just that some read threads is unread, so not very accurate capture of in read threads. But personally no worry. It functions well enough to point to unread posts of a thread
